We endeavour to provide a spotless service. However, we understand sometimes you
may wish to return an item.
It is your responsbility to notify us of your return within 7 days of item
reciept. After 7 days, it is at the discretion of the item's supplier as to
whether a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should
be received within 28 days from date of delivery.
Contacting item supplier
If you have any issues with your order, you can contact the supplier of your item. You can view supplier details in your Order History.
How to make a return
In order to make a return for a faulty or unwated item, sign into Your Account and click to view your Order History. In your Order History, you will see the supplier of the items of your order.
Contact us
Email us with your order number.
Pack the item
Pack the item in its original packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging as items damaged in transit may incur a refund deduction from the item's supplier.
Post the item to the supplier as detailed on the suppliers's Returns Form.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as suppliers will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Postage charges will be refunded to you.
Please allow a further 14 days for a replacement item to be delivered or for a refund to be processed.
I haven't received my item?
You will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of any item.
If 21 days have elapsed
In order to report an item in your order as not received, contact us to report.
